Great Bengal Quiz enhances knowledge on Bengal

This initiative was not just a treasure trove for all participants, but also provided a knowledge bank that can be shared with the future generations.
In its second year, the Great Bengal Quiz was held at 7 different locations of the state in a bid to cover all the districts of West Bengal. The zonal qualification round was held on 16th December 2018 simultaneously across Siliguri (covering districts of Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Coochbehar), Malda (including Uttar and Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda and Murshidabad), Bardhaman (covering districts of Birbhum, Paschim and Purba Bardhaman), Bankura (including Purulia, Bankura and Jhargram), Medinipur (covering Paschim Medinipur and Purba Medinipur), Panihati (including Nadia, Hooghly and North 24 Parganas) and Kolkata (including Howrah, Kolkata and South 24 Parganas).
